Our Returns and Shipping Policy
The following return policy applies to all in-store purchases, website purchases and phone orders.
Items must be returned within 7 days from receipt of purchase for exchange or store credit.
Items must be in "like new" condition and in the original packaging.
Items presented for return must include the receipt.
Upon receipt of merchandise in “like new” condition, store credit will be issued for the original purchase price.
No returns or exchanges on any special or custom orders or sale items.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, and Indy Home may in its discretion apply up to a 25% re-stocking fee on all items other than table top and pillows. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We ship only within the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of many items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights will generally be rounded up to the next full pound.
In instances where shipping/delivery will be made from third party fulfillment or shipping companies, our website will provide for an estimate of shipping costs. If the shipping costs will exceed such estimate, we will contact you prior to fulfilling the purchase in order to obtain your approval.
Orders can be placed at indyhomedesign.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Indy home ships domestically to all 50 states.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting us at email@example.com - this excludes custom orders.
At any time after placing an order, you can check the status by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
